1. What is Plastworld?

- Plastworld Intertrade Co., Ltd is a plastic raw material angency in Thailand

2. What is your product

- Plastic raw material. Such as, PP, PE, ABS and so on

3. Are there any volume or revenue commitments?

- No. For our domestic customers,they can enjoy the benefits of flexibility and cost savings without volume or revenue commitments. For our export customers, the order shouldn't less than 20Ft. Container.

4. What do I need to do in order to use the service of Plastworld Intertrade Co., Ltd.?

- You just complete the on-line order form and hit the submit button. Our sales department will email you to confirm that your order is being process.

5. How do I pay for my shipping?

- Currently, We accept only irrevocable L/C at sight for new customers. On the other hand, If you are our existing customers , please call us for the other option.

6. What term of payment do you offer?

- Right now, we offer FOB/NET/Bangkok only for the new customer

7. What if I have a question about my shipment?

- Please call our Customer Support department. They will be happy to assist you all the time. Customer support telephone number is (662) 272-1446

8. What if I have multiple stops for delivery to myself or my customers?

- Plastworld Intertrade Co., Ltd. can offer a solution to this situation; however, we don't offer an on-line solution at this time. Please simply call our Customer support department at (662) 272-1446.

9. Will I receive an order confirmation or advance ship notice from Plastworld Intertrade Co., Ltd. after I place my order?

- Yes, After we got your order, you will be received an email to inform you that your order is processing. Moreover, our customer support will send you another email with the summary of your order that include your Purchase Order #, and other important shipment information.

10. What if I need to change an order after I have placed it?

- Just give us a call at (662) 272-1446 (Customer Support Department) and we will be happy to assist.

11. What if I have a problem with the delivery of my shipment i.e. claims process?

- Contact our Customer Support department at (662) 272-1446 and we will be happy to assist you.
